Barristers are considered as representatives for individuals and organizations in curt.  They give independent legal advices to clients regarding their case.  Most of them work for solicitors and give an overview of the case and how it is best to be presented on court.  Barristers also plead on behalf of the client or the client’s solicitor.  Because they are self-employed, they may be hired by any entity without prejudice to their previous jobs or clients.  Their specialization in a field makes them more legible to be hired by clients.
